Spydra - Manager - IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace

Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure Management :

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls)

- Manage server infrastructure, data storage, and backups (on-premise or cloud)

- Ensure system uptime and performance across offices and remote teams

User Support & Helpdesk :

- Provide technical support for employees' hardware, software, and peripherals

- Handle onboarding/offboarding of employees with system access and provisioning

- Maintain ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution

Application & Software Management :

- Deploy, configure, and maintain industry-specific tools like :

- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools (for design teams)

- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Trello)

- Collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Slack, Zoom, Miro)

- Manage license procurement and renewals for software

Cybersecurity & Compliance :

- Implement and monitor endpoint security, antivirus, and encryption solutions

- Conduct regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness

- Maintain compliance with IT policies, especially for client confidentiality and data protection (important when dealing with large corporate clients)

Cloud Services & Collaboration Tools :

- Administer cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Autodesk Cloud

- Integrate systems for cross-functional collaboration across design, procurement, and project execution teams

Vendor & Asset Management :

- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement

- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management

Digital Transformation & Automation :

- Work with internal stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and propose IT-enabled solutions

- Implement automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate) to streamline workflows

- Support for Remote and Hybrid Work

- Ensure smooth functioning of remote access, secure logins, and cloud-based resource availability

- Setup and support video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and collaborative project tools
