Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer-1 based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for architecting, maintaining, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Spydra's blockchain platform. You will work closely with the core engineering and product teams to automate deployment pipelines, ensure high availability of distributed systems, and optimize cloud resource utilization. Your work directly impacts the reliability and performance of the platform, ensuring that our clients experience seamless, secure, and high-speed transaction processing in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage scalable Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and efficient resource orchestration for containerized applications.

- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and minimize manual intervention in the deployment process.

- Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting mechanisms to identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks before they impact end-users.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to maintain environment consistency across development, staging, and production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and compliance standards within the cloud environment to protect sensitive data.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments and deep understanding of container orchestration principles.

- Proven ability to design and optimize CI/CD workflows using industry-standard tools to streamline the software development lifecycle.

- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and automation, with a focus on building resilient, self-healing systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, specifically within high-scale, cloud-native environments.
