Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer for our CBDC division, you will be the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring the high availability, security, and performance of our blockchain-based financial systems. You will work closely with core engineering teams, security architects, and product managers to automate deployment pipelines and manage complex distributed environments. Your work will directly influence the stability and reliability of national-level financial infrastructure, ensuring that our systems meet the rigorous uptime and security standards required for sovereign digital currencies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters to support mission-critical CBDC transaction processing systems.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to ensure consistent and repeatable deployment cycles across development, staging, and production environments.

- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices, ensuring that all infrastructure components comply with stringent financial regulatory and security protocols.

- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost-efficiency without compromising the performance or scalability of the underlying blockchain nodes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments, including orchestration, networking, and storage management.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to streamline software delivery.

- Strong command over cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

- Ability to communicate complex technical infrastructure challenges to cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment.

- Proven experience in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash to improve operational efficiency.

- A minimum of 4 - 7 years of professional experience in DevOps roles, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on high-transaction or distributed systems.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity at our Mumbai office, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and rapid innovation.
