Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer at Spydra, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our blockchain platform. You will work closely with software engineering and security teams to automate deployment pipelines, ensure high availability of services, and optimize cloud resource utilization. Your work will directly influence the reliability of our platform, ensuring that our clients experience seamless performance as they scale their decentralized applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible environment deployments across cloud providers.

- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the software development lifecycle and reduce manual intervention in production releases.

- Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks to maintain high uptime and reliability for enterprise-grade applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development workflow, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

- Manage container orchestration platforms to support microservices architecture and optimize resource allocation for high-traffic workloads.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing cloud infrastructure and automating provisioning processes using Terraform in large-scale production environments.

- Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end CI/CD workflows that support rapid iteration and high-quality code delivery.

- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration tools, with a focus on maintaining stable and secure service deployments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Mumbai.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering stakeholders and translate technical requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions.

- A minimum of 4 - 8 years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, preferably within a product-focused technology organization.
