Role Overview :

As a DevOps Blockchain Developer at Spydra, you will bridge the gap between complex blockchain architecture and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Hyperledger Fabric networks, ensuring high availability and performance for our enterprise clients. Working closely with core engineering teams and solution architects, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the development lifecycle, ensuring that our blockchain implementations are not only secure but also seamlessly integrated into production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to facilitate the rapid deployment of blockchain smart contracts and network configurations.

- Configure and maintain Hyperledger Fabric nodes, peer services, and ordering services to ensure network stability and data integrity.

- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to provision and scale blockchain environments across cloud platforms.

- Monitor network health and performance metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks to minimize downtime for client-facing applications.

- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust encryption, identity management, and access control protocols within the blockchain ecosystem.

- Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and provide technical support to internal teams during the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices with a deep understanding of blockchain implementation in enterprise environments.

- Demonstrate technical proficiency in managing Hyperledger Fabric networks, including channel management, chaincode deployment, and network consensus mechanisms.

- Exhibit strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to automate software delivery workflows.

- Maintain a solid grasp of containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, for managing distributed services.

- Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Hyderabad.

- Adapt quickly to evolving blockchain protocols and cloud-native tools to maintain a competitive edge in infrastructure management.
