Role Overview:
As a Data Scientist at Spydra, you will be responsible for extracting actionable intelligence from complex, high-velocity datasets generated by our blockchain infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design predictive models that optimize platform performance and enhance user security. Your contributions will directly influence the development of our core products, ensuring that our data-driven insights translate into tangible improvements for our enterprise clients and the broader decentralized ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to identify patterns in transaction data, helping to improve security protocols and fraud detection for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data pipelines and analytical frameworks.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends in decentralized network activity, providing stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Automate data collection and processing workflows to increase the efficiency of our internal research and development cycles.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data insights are effectively integrated into the companys product roadmap.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying machine learning models using Python, R, or similar languages, with a strong grasp of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Ability to manage and query large datasets using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance in high-load environments.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on translating ambiguous business problems into structured data science projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.
- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, supported by 3 - 8 years of professional experience in data-intensive roles.
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a track record of managing end-to-end data science lifecycles from hypothesis generation to production deployment.
