About the Role :

We're looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in building AI/ML solutions to automate data quality issues, particularly using GenAI libraries.

You'll work closely with our AI team to develop, optimize, and deploy intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities :

MOST CRITICAL :

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.

- Efficiently handle large data and perform data analysis to understand patterns.

- Data quality automation for Data normalization, Data validations and Data standardization at scale.

- Build and integrate GenAI-based features (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, etc.)

- Develop scalable APIs, pipelines, and backend services for AI applications.

- Work with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langgraph, HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI, etc.

- Optimize performance of AI inference and data workflows.

- Improve Data quality using AI technologies.

- Collaborate with data scientists and frontend teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong Python programming skills (3+ years).

- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM frameworks ( LangChain, LlamaIndex, Langgraph, Transformers, OpenAI, etc.)

- Solid understanding of APIs and web integration with proven scalable deployments.

- Good Data manipulation background including Data quality, normalization, validation, standardization knowledge.

- Good automation mindset.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases (e.g Milvus, Elasticsearch).

- Version control (Git) and good debugging habits.

Preference :

- Domain knowledge in Revenue intelligence Accounts and Contacts data.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Prior work on chatbots, RAG systems, or multi-agent frameworks.

Availability to join the organization between 1-4 weeks.
