Key Responsibilities :


Sprinklr Platform Expertise :


- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Sprinklr platform, demonstrating deep understanding and hands on experience across its core modules :

1. Publishing : Configure and optimize content publishing workflows and scheduling across various social channels.


2. Listening : Set up and refine listening topics, sentiment analysis, and crisis management alerts to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.


3. Care : Develop and enhance customer service workflows, routing, and response mechanisms within the Sprinklr Care module.


4. Reporting : Design, build, and customize comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on social media performance, customer engagement, and digital campaigns.

5. Engagement : Optimize engagement strategies and workflows to foster meaningful interactions with customers across digital touchpoints.

System Integration :


- Design, develop, and implement integrations between the Sprinklr platform and various external systems, particularly CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and real estate-specific systems.


- Work with APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation between platforms.

Social Media Strategy Implementation (Real Estate Focus) :



- Apply a strong understanding of social media strategies relevant to the real estate context, specifically for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


- Configure Sprinklr to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies for real estate customer journeys.

Digital Campaign Management :


- Gain hands-on experience with real estate customer journeys, understanding lead nurturing processes, and tracking digital campaign metrics within Sprinklr.


- Configure and optimize campaigns within Sprinklr for optimal performance and reporting.

Data Analysis & Reporting :


- Leverage Sprinklr's reporting capabilities to extract meaningful insights.


- (Good to have) Utilize or integrate with industry tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau for enhanced data visualization and analysis.

Stakeholder Management & Communication :


- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and business leadership, to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer technical solutions.


- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language.

Continuous Improvement :


- Stay updated with the latest Sprinklr features and industry best practices.


- Identify opportunities to optimize the platform's usage, improve workflows, and enhance overall digital capabilities for the real estate domain.



Qualifications :



Required :



- Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience working with and developing on the Sprinklr platform.


- Sprinklr Module Expertise : Deep understanding and practical experience across Sprinklr's Publishing, Listening, Care, Reporting, and Engagement modules.


- Integration Experience : Proven experience in integrating Sprinklr with CRM systems and other enterprise applications, ideally including real estate-specific systems.


- Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of social media strategies and digital marketing in the real estate context (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube campaigns for property).


- Real Estate Customer Journeys : Hands-on experience with real estate customer journeys, lead nurturing processes, and the tracking of digital campaign metrics.


- Communication : Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.


- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.


Preferred :



- Sprinklr Certifications : Possess official Sprinklr certifications (e.g., Sprinklr Foundations, Sprinklr Advanced Reporting, Sprinklr Administrator, etc.).


- Industry Experience : Experience working directly with real estate developers, brokers, or agencies.


- Analytics Tools : Familiarity with industry analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.


- API Knowledge : Knowledge of property portal APIs (e.g., Zillow, Bayut, Property Finder) is a significant advantage.
