We are seeking a highly experienced Spring Boot Developer/Specialist with over 10 years of professional expertise in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, ensure scalable solutions, and mentor development teams while driving innovation in microservices and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- Design microservices-based solutions with strong focus on modularity, maintainability, and resilience.

- Establish best practices for API design, integration, and deployment.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Innovation & Strategy :

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.

- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Champion cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability and reliability.

Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Mentor developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.

- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.

- Expertise in Kafka

- Proven experience in architecting enterprise applications and distributed systems.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with event-driven architectures and domain-driven design (DDD).

- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS).

- Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) for full-stack understanding.
