We work in 5 : 30 pm to 1 : 30 am shift

Key Responsibilities :

IT Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in a companys IT department, which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets.

Some of an IT Project Managers day-to-day duties include :

- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals

- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees

- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

- Conducting risk assessments for projects

- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

Specific Skills & Qualifications :

Project Management :

- Proven experience in project management, ideally with a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge :

- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development processes, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements is a big plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Organizational Skills :

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Software Proficiency :

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA), MS Office, and potentially industry-specific software.

Leadership & Team Management :

- Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
