Splunk ITSI Implementation Expert

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, and maintain Splunk ITSI solutions across complex environments such as Network infrastructures, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), On-premises Data Centers, and IoT platforms.

- Translate business and operational requirements into effective ITSI dashboards, comprehensive KPIs, and detailed alerts.

- Configure and manage advanced correlation searches, notable event generation, adaptive thresholds, and anomaly detection features.

- Perform technical integrations with complex and diverse IT monitoring tools including cloud services, network management systems, infrastructure monitoring platforms, IoT devices, and incident management solutions.

- Support ongoing maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and complex troubleshooting.

- Work collaboratively with architects, system administrators, network engineers, IoT specialists, and service management teams.

- Document technical implementations, integration methods, operational procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

- 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 3-4 years hands-on with Splunk ITSI in complex environments.

- Splunk ITSI Certified Administrator or Power User strongly preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Splunk SPL scripting, dashboard creation, KPI formulation, event correlation, and anomaly detection.

- Extensive experience integrating Splunk ITSI with tools and technologies across Network, Cloud platforms, On-premises Data Centers, and IoT systems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration and deployment issues.
