Splunk ITSI Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Splunk ITSI Specialist to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level observability and monitoring solutions using Splunk Cloud & IT Service Intelligence.

If you have hands-on experience building ITSI glass tables, service trees, KPIs, correlation searches, and large-scale Splunk deployments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engineer, configure, and support Splunk Cloud & Splunk ITSI solutions

- Develop ITSI glass tables, service trees, KPIs, correlation searches, and notable event aggregation policies

- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for IT Operations teams

- Perform Splunk health checks and optimize search performance

- Automate log ingestion, onboarding, and management processes

- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure SIEM policy compliance

- Provide knowledge transfer and support to IT engineers and analysts

Must-Have Skills :

- 4 - 5+ years Splunk experience, with 3+ years Splunk ITSI development

- Experience with enterprise-scale Splunk Cloud (5,000+ servers)

- Proficiency in SPL (Search Processing Language)

- Cloud knowledge - AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch), Azure (Functions, Compute)

- Splunk Certification (Preferred)

- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
