Job Description :

Technical Skills :

- Splunk Architectural / design experience.

- Expert level understanding of Splunk enterprise / Cloud in the capacity of Infrastructure & Application logging, monitoring, Anomaly Detection, Predictive analytics.

- Skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of element monitoring tools with Splunk based solutions, Apps and Add-ons for monitoring and data integrations- including Infrastructure, Network, OS, DB, Middleware, Storage, Application, Virtualization, Cloud Architectures etc.

- Integration experience of Splunk with LDAP/SSO/OKTA, ITSM Solution viz. Service Now is required.

- Experience with ITIL & Event management best practices including DevOps framework.

Must-Have :

- Experience with Splunk Cloud.

- Experience with automation and scripting using Python and/or bash scripting.

- Experience with third party integration with Splunk.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, triaging, and debugging skills.

- Splunk certification Architect level certification is preferred.

Qualifications/Certifications :

- ITIL Certification level

10+ relevant years technical IT experience that includes :

- 6+ relevant years in Splunk based design and deployment experience.

- 4+ relevant years deploying Enterprise Management Software Solutions, strong hands-on experience in Splunk Observability Cloud

- 3+ years of solid hands-on cloud infrastructure experience on public cloud platforms preferably AWS.
