Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- A Masters degree is a plus. 5- 8 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP, including system administration, module configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation/support lifecycle.

- Strong functional understanding of core business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Distribution, Project Management, and Supply Chain.

- Proven experience in ERP deployment, upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.

- Ability to configure workflows, user roles, security permissions, and access controls within Sage X3.

- Experience in system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware tools, or third-party connectors.

- Proficiency in SQL queries, database management, and report generation using Crystal Reports or equivalent BI/reporting tools.

- Strong knowledge of Sage X3 Version 12 architecture, web services, and development tools.

- Exposure to multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-legislation environments, especially for global or regional implementations.

- Hands-on experience in data migration, master data management, and data validation processes.

- Demonstrated experience in change management, user training, and adoption strategies to ensure smooth ERP rollouts.

- Familiarity with ITIL practices, ticketing systems, and SLA-based support environments is desirable.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose functional and technical issues.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and business users.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is an advantage.

- Sage X3 Certification or other relevant ERP certifications are highly desirable.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to provide post-implementation support, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
