- Provide technical support for the ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, systems testing, development, training, and documentation.

- Collaborate with other in-house application support team members to find solutions for further development of business processes within the application.

- Liaise with business and technical staff and extended support organisations for the resolution of ERP software and database problems.

- Development of test scenarios and monitoring of testing activities prior to changes being implemented in the production environment.

- Perform screen, table and program modifications as needed in accordance with change management policies.

- Able to develop and deploy reports using Crystal Reports in SAP B1

- Crystal Reports preparation.

- Customise and Develop Reports in Excel Report, Crystal Report.

- Developing PLDs, Query Print Layouts.

- Writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures.

- Maintaining SBO backups, SQL / HANA Backup and Restore.

- Maintaining SQL / HANA backups and restoring backup as a testing database for testing purposes.

- Migrating Master Data and Transactional Data using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).

- To create UDF, UDT, and FMS as per user requirements.
