Spigot Software - Business Analyst

Description :

- Translate requirements into clear, testable User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

- Validate that developer tasks in Azure DevOps accurately fulfill user stories.

- Serve as Scrum Master, plan sprints, facilitate daily stand-ups, and track progress.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.

- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in feature rollout documentation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.

- Experience writing user stories in Azure DevOps or Jira.

- Familiarity with C#/. NET systems and web architectures (for effective story writing).

- Strong analytical and Communication skills.

- Familiarity with software delivery in. NET/Azure ecosystem.

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity in their day-to-day work.

Preferred / Plus Factors :

- Exposure to warehouse management or ERP systems (Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite).

- Understanding of SQL databases and integration workflows.
