Position Overview :

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to drive the development and implementation of analytics solutions using Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI), Data Modeling, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust analytics solutions leveraging FAW and OBIEE.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing analytics systems to ensure performance and scalability.

Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI) :

- Implement FAW/FDI solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.

- Develop custom dashboards and reports using FAW/FDI's capabilities.

- Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM data into FAW/FDI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Data Modeling :

- Create and optimize data models to support advanced reporting and analytics.

- Design schemas (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) for efficient querying.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines.

OBIEE Development :

- Design and maintain OBIEE RPD, reports, and dashboards.

- Ensure seamless integration between OBIEE and other Oracle or third-party tools.

- Monitor and resolve performance issues in OBIEE environments.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members.

- Work with business analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience : 8+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, and data solutions.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI), including implementation and customization.

- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, including dimensional modeling and schema design.

- Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), including RPD development and dashboard creation.

- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools.

- Advanced SQL skills and experience with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms, particularly Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM data structures.

- Exposure to other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

- Oracle BI certifications are a plus.

- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
