Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with solid experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js to join our growing engineering team. You will be working on our core product suite, contributing to both backend services and modern web interfaces. This is a hybrid role based out of our Gurgaon office, requiring 23 days of in-office collaboration per week.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and building REST APIs.

- Solid hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.

- Good understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Exposure to container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

Work Mode :

Hybrid - 2-3 days/week from the Gurgaon office
