Summary :

We are seeking a smart and motivated MERN Stack Developer with a balanced skillset across React.js and Node.js, and a strong understanding of microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable and maintainable applications using the MERN stack while also contributing to microservices design and integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs to support modular, scalable systems.

- Create reusable UI components using React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, and modern front-end libraries.

- Develop backend logic and services using Node.js, ensuring secure and efficient performance.

- Implement and integrate authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, and DevOps.

- Optimize application performance both on the client and server side.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

- Use version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows for regular releases.

- Stay up-to-date with latest development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements :

- 1 to 2 years of experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Hands-on experience designing and working with microservices-based architectures.

- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and REST APIs.

- Proficiency in React.js, with experience in Hooks, Redux, and responsive design.

- Experience with Node.js, including Express middleware, routing, and API development.

- Strong understanding of MongoDB, schema design, and data modeling.

- Familiarity with Redis, Socket.io, or Firebase is a plus.

- Experience with Git, Agile development, and deployment pipelines.

- Smart, quick learner, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points For :

- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
