Quality Analyst - Lead

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst Lead who is not just a tech expert but also passionate about building world-class products and ensuring software quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall quality assurance vision, ensuring best-in-class testing practices, and delivering reliable, high-quality software across multiple platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders while mentoring and leading a team of QA engineers.

Requirements :

1.7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including significant experience leading QA teams or initiatives

2.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field

3. Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks

4. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent, and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript

5. Experience executing and overseeing unit, system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing

6. Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar

7. Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines

8. Strong ability to analyze user stories, use cases, requirements, and technical specifications for feasibility and comprehensive test coverage

9. Solid SQL skills for database validation and backend testing

10.Experience testing across web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and databases

11. Hands-on knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar

12. Ability to define and drive QA strategies, processes, methodologies, and best practices across projects

13. Experience building and executing test plans, test strategies, schedules, and release readiness reports

14. Strong experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams

15. Ability to track, analyze, and report quality metrics, test coverage, risks, and defects to leadership and stakeholders

16. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging tools, technologies, and QA practices
