Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design :

- Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Translate business requirements and user feedback into interactive designs.

- Create visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces that enhance user engagement.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking to improve UX.

Front-End Development :

- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, cross-browser compatible front-end code.

- Develop reusable components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Collaborate with backend developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration.

- Optimize application performance and loading speed.

Design Systems & Standards :

- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, including websites, apps, and portals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with marketing, branding, and tech teams to support digital campaigns, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure pixel-perfect UI delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Key Skills & Tools :

- Front-End Tech : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js/Angular/Vue.js

- UX Skills : Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, User Research

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git

- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles

- Knowledge of real estate platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
