Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution :
- Build and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot.
- Design customer journeys using Journey Builder or Engagement Studio for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
- Implement email marketing, WhatsApp flows, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization :
- Create dynamic audience segments based on buyer journey stage, behavior, demographics, and project interest.
- Leverage personalization tools to tailor messaging for different customer personas (e.g., investors, end users, NRIs).
Data Management & Integration :
- Manage subscriber lists, lead data, and campaign tracking within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure accurate syncing between CRM and Marketing Cloud for real-time campaign triggers.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, leads, conversions) using Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Compliance & Deliverability :
- Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Monitor and maintain high deliverability scores and clean lists.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales, digital marketing, and branding teams to align messaging and improve lead handover.
- Support project launches, festive campaigns, walk-in drives, and property shows through automation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot certification (preferred).
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, preferably in real estate, B2C, or lead-based industries.
Key Skills :
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data structures, automation logic, and lead scoring.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Understanding of customer journeys in real estate (site visits, enquiries, follow-ups, booking funnel).
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Salesforce dashboards
