- You should be well-versed in building and managing high-volume distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Proficiency in AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, and UKS (likely EKS - Elastic Kubernetes Service) is essential for success in this role.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills are critical, as you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues in distributed environments with minimal supervision.

- Experience in the Payments domain is a strong plus, providing valuable context in designing secure and reliable financial transaction systems.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment, as well as caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Memcached), will also be advantageous.

- As a Senior Technical Specialist, you are expected to take ownership of system components, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members.
