QA manager responsible for driving the end-to-end QA (Unit, Component, SIT, UAT etc.) for blockchain network ecosystem.

Role includes strategizing, test planning, design, execution and QA report ensuring the quality of the product.

Primary Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in QA domain, leading and managing the software testing activities, with min 2+ years of experience in handling testing in blockchain domain.

- Expected to have a good understanding of blockchain fundamentals.

- Proven expertise in verification and validation of complex software systems, preferably in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.

- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic security.

- Experience with performance, security, and scalability testing for enterprise-grade platforms.

- Thorough knowledge of end-to-end QA processes, testing technologies, quality standards and QA metrics.

- Expertise in preparing test strategy, test planning and driving the team towards quality outcomes.

- Hands on experience with different tools Testing tools, Version Control systems (eg. Git), Test Management Software (eg, TestRail), Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.
