Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor and guide team members in technical best practices and career development.

Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Java-based web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

- Extensive knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

- Proven experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD integration (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Tools Required :

- Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.

- Version control systems like Git.

- Project management tools like Jira or Trello.

- Testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.

- Front-end development tools/libraries like Bootstrap or jQuery.

- Containerization tools such as Docker.

To succeed in this role you should have the following :

- Proven experience in project management and software development, with a focus on Java technologies.

- Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

- Ability to navigate challenges and drive projects to completion while maintaining quality standards.

- Relevant certifications in project management or agile methodologies will be an added advantage.

Education/Qualification : Any Engineering Degree.

Desirable Skills : React Native, SQL Scripting.
