JOB DESCRIPTION Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

Dynamics CRM Technical Lead (4+ Yrs.

Project Details : CRM application in Sales and Service domain for professional solutions.

Technology and Sub-technology :


- MSD365 CRM CE, Power Apps, Power Automate.Net, Plugins, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- Web Services and Web APIs.

- Azure App Service and Logic Apps.

Experience : 4+ Years.

Job Overview :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical.

- Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.

- Good Functional Understanding of D365 Sales / Customer Service Process.

Primary Skills :


Technical :


- Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development.

- Experience in Developing Web Services and Web Apis.

- Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, Typescript.

- Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App).

- Having good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

Good to have Skills :

- Configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

- Databases preferably in SQL Server.

- Azure data factory.

Skills Required : Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.

Role :

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.

- Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.

- Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.

- Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.

- Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.

- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

- Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environme.

Desirable Skills : - Good knowledge in Databases preferably in SQL Server.

- Good exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

- Exposure to Azure.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

Years Of Exp : 4 to 10 years.
