Sony - Deep Learning Lead - Machine Learning

Description :

Sony is looking for a Deep Learning engineer who has strong knowledge and experience in design and development of Deep learning models according to business objectives.

- In this role, the candidate must analyse the requirements, prepare design and implement Deep Learning solutions.

- This requires a sound understanding of ML and Deep Learning fundamentals, libraries and frameworks, end-to-end ML development pipeline.

- Literature survey of SOTA models as per business requirements and AS-Is reproduction of Deep Learning models.

- Design and development of CNN models according to the business objective, along with metrics to track their progress.

- Optimize the CNN models in terms of trainable parameters and MAC operations to meet the target platform.

- Debug the intermediate as well as final layer output of trained model using various explainable AI methods.

- Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world and Evaluation approaches for model development.

- Training models and tuning their hyperparameters.

- Analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome

SkillSet Required :

- Advanced Python Programming.

- Image processing using OpenCV Keras

Nice To Have Skills :

- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms.

- CNN Development Advanced.

- OOPS

Required :

- Analyse customer requirements.

- Design and Implement features requested by customer.

- Verify, finetune solution and model and artefacts.

- Validation of quality as per requirements.

- Customer communication.

- Also mentor junior members and ensure quality of deliverables

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related.

- 3 to 5 years of experience with ML libraries and frameworks, DNN model development, data visualization and preparation, advanced python programming
