Role Objective :

We are seeking a high-caliber Test Automation Expert for enterprise testing frameworks. This is the IC role who is passionate on AI and implement AI in day on day activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Expertise : Design and own sophisticated test automation frameworks from the ground up for UI and End-to-End testing.

- Hands-on Development : Act as a primary individual contributor, writing high-quality automation prompt and reusable utilities.

- AI-Augmented Engineering : Expertly utilize AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Gemini to speed up boilerplate generation, refactor complex logic, and perform deep codebase analysis.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation.

- Deep Technical Soundness : Proven track record of staying hands-on with code

- AI Tooling : Strong command of Cursor, GitHub Copilot for in-IDE assistance, debugging and fixing the flaky tests, and Gemini for code explanation and logic optimization.

- Tool Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in Playwright, GitHub, LambdaTest.

- Core Programming : Strong command of TypeScript (required).

- Strategic Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for client level presentations and internal technical documentation
