Job Description :
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM applications, Universal Request, CMDB, Asset Management and ITSM Mobile Agent app.
- Strong experience in designing catalog items and developing complex workflows through Flow Designer.
- Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Experience with integrations of ServiceNow with external systems through REST, SOAP, Integration Hub and Service Graph Connector.
- Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI).
- Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM.
- Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules.
Good to have :
- Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology.
- Ability to cross-train team members.
