Role : Senior D365 Production (Manufacturing) Functional Consultant.

Locations : Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai.

Experience : 8+ Years.

What Youll Do :

- Lead analysis & design workshops with business stakeholders.

- Drive large-scale rollout projects across all phases : Requirement Gathering, CRP, Training, UAT, Go-Live & Support.

- Prepare FDDs, Fit-Gap Analysis, Training Guides & other key documentation.

- Collaborate with business & technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Mentor and manage offshore Finance Functional Consultants.

- Evaluate production processes & recommend efficiency improvements.

What Were Looking For :

- 8+ years in D365 (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) or AX (AX2009/AX2012) with strong Manufacturing (Production) expertise.

- Solid knowledge of Core Finance Modules, Planning, Inventory, and Costing.

- Proven ability to lead requirement gathering & discovery workshops.

- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

- Strong documentation & communication skills.

- Willingness to work from customer location.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in process improvement initiatives.

- Exposure to multi-country rollouts and complex business scenarios.
