Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and application testing.

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Perform API testing to validate functionality, integrations, and data flow.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Perform SQL-based data validation and database testing.

- Design scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot defects through detailed debugging and root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile product development environment.

- Execute regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end automation testing.

- Contribute to improving test coverage, automation quality, and overall QA processes.

Skillset :

- 4+ years of QA Automation experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium-only experience is not sufficient.

- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript programming skills.

- API Testing and automation.

- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

- SQL / Database Testing and data validation.

- Test Automation Framework Design.

- Strong debugging and defect analysis skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

- E-commerce / Retail domain experience is preferred.
