Job Title : D365 F&O Project Manager.

Role Overview :

As a D365 F&O Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and customization projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :


- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for D365 F&O.

Team & Stakeholder Management :


- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.

- Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and business teams.

- Provide regular status updates and resolve project issues.

Risk & Compliance :


- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Delivery & Quality Assurance :


- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of D365 F&O solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 10+ years of project management experience with good experience in ERP/D365 F&O implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).

- PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
