Job Title : Senior Performance Test Engineer.

Location : Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru.

Experience : 8+ Years (Minimum 5+ Years in JMeter).

Availability : Immediate Joiners / Candidates Serving Notice Period.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance tests for web, API, and database layers using Apache JMeter.

- Monitor system performance and analyze results using tools like New Relic and other APM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps) to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.

- Work effectively in an Onsite/Offshore model, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.

- Prepare and present performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure performance testing covers complex technology stacks and meets scalability, reliability, and stability requirements.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.

- 5+ years of strong proficiency in JMeter.

- Expertise in UI, API, and Database layer performance testing.

- Proven ability to performance test complex technology stacks.

- Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools like New Relic.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to work until 11 : 30 PM IST on a need basis to accommodate global team collaboration.

- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
