Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data entities and underlying table schema.

- Knowledge of Dataverse / Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

- Experience with Dual?Write setup, lifecycle services, and environment linking.

- Familiarity with Power Platform, virtual entities, Dataverse plugins, and API interactions.

- Ability to read and troubleshoot X++, C#, and Power Platform components.

- Understanding of Azure integration services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Data Export Service, etc.) is a plus.
