Role : D365 F&O With Dual Write.

As a Product Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technical/Product/Business complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products and manage relationships with those customers.

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore.

Experience : 5+ Years.

Work Location : Hybrid Model in Hyderabad / Bangalore.

Mode of Hiring : Permanent.

Notice Period : 0-15 Days.

Shift type : Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts.

Technical Skills :

- Knowledge of Dataverse / Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.

- Experience with Dual

- Write setup, lifecycle services, and environment linking.

- Familiarity with Power Platform, virtual entities, Dataverse plugins, and API interactions.

- Ability to read and troubleshoot X++, C#, and Power Platform components.

- Understanding of Azure integration services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Data Export Service, etc.) is a plus.
