As a senior engineer, you will play a critical role in building high-impact digital products, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring delivery excellence across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance digital applications.

- Build and enhance backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-ready architectures.

- Develop responsive and intuitive front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability across systems.

- Contribute to API design, system integrations, and data modeling.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies, ensuring high engineering standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital application development

- Strong experience in full stack development (backend and frontend)

- Proficiency in modern backend technologies (.NET Core or equivalent)

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data optimization techniques

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices

- Exposure to modernization initiatives, platform engineering, or digital transformation programs is a plus
