Job Title : AI/ML Data Scientist Supply Chain Analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges within the Supply Chain domain.

- Partner with data engineers and architects to design robust data pipelines and models aligned with Fabric and Lakehouse architecture.

- Lead model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring through MLOps frameworks ensuring scalability and sustainability.

- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data science and analytics solutions.

- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to drive insights.

- Develop and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance.

- Contribute to best practices for model lifecycle management, version control, and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 48 years of experience in AI/ML model development, training, and deployment in a production environment.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL/T-SQL, and experience with data modeling and ETL frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML, Databricks, Kubeflow, or similar).

- Working knowledge of Lakehouse architecture and data fabric concepts.

- Proven experience applying data science in Supply Chain functions within Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, or AWS Glue/Lake Formation.

- Familiarity with deep learning and generative AI use cases in supply chain optimization.

- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lineage in large-scale data ecosystems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
