RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY :
- Lead end-to-end Azure application development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment assistance and support.
- Architect and design scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Logic Apps, API Management, and more.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and junior consultants.
- Work with client stakeholders to assess current application architectures and modernize them for Azure.
- Implement DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other tools.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and performance in Azure.
- Conduct code reviews, architectural assessments, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (cloud infrastructure, security, data, and operations) to ensure holistic solutions.
- Develop high-level solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications to guide customers through their cloud transformation journey ensuring they leverage the full potential of Azure to achieve their strategic objectives.
- Proposing effective cloud strategies to meet the customer needs & deliver them through workshops, training & advisory services.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex cloud solutions, leveraging Microsoft Azure services and ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards.
- The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, technical challenges, and long-term objectives, proposing effective cloud strategies to meet their needs.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, staying up to date with the latest advancements and recommending innovative solutions for our clients.
- Assess existing IT environments, applications, and infrastructure to identify opportunities for cloud adoption and migration to Azure.
- Lead and participate in the implementation and migration of cloud solutions, providing technical guidance to development teams and ensuring successful execution.
- Perform cost optimization assessments and recommend solutions to optimize cloud spend without compromising performance and security.
- Implement security best practices, data protection mechanisms, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure the resilience of cloud-based systems.
- Serve as an in-house technical expert with a focus on helping our customers increase their consumption by providing advisory services.
- An ability to inspire customers by communicating complex concepts in a simple, business value context with proven white boarding capabilities.
- Be a proven self-starter who takes ownership of opportunities, works independently, manages multiple simultaneous tasks, and deals well with ambiguity and last-minute changes.

- The Technical Specialist will be responsible for collating and providing information on the product and trending customer issues/challenges with the team along with maintaining the Knowledge Base.

- Track customers requirements & work on delivering solutions in time-bound scenarios.
- Need to work in flexible time zones.
- Quickly develop client relationships and trust and ensure client/partner expectations are being set and met.
- Provide training and documentation feedback, updating role documentation as needed.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- At least 3+ years in architecting and developing applications on Azure using Azure PaaS services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Container Apps, API Management, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Proven experience in scaling applications on Azure to handle production-level workloads, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with common monitoring tools on Azure like Application Insights , Azure Monitor, or open source solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure applications, including identity management (Azure AD, OAuth, etc.) and data protection strategies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Solid Knowledge of Azure database services like Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Experience in integrating LLM into applications, such as using Azure OpenAI Service, to enhance application functionality and user experiences, is a big plus.
SOFT SKILLS :
- [1st] Must be able to quickly develop trust and rapport with customers (most of the time they are of this profile : Enterprise Architects, Development & Test Management).
- [2nd] Passion for customer advocacy in a technology domain.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to articulate technical issues/requirements accurately with Customer, Microsoft Services, Azure development teams at the appropriate technical depth.
- Ability to work independently.
EXPERIENCE (Preferred) :
- 15+ Years of Industry / related experience in technical consulting role.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION :
- SC, BE, B.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-204 (Developer), AZ-305 (Architect), or AZ-400 (DevOps).
- Experience with IaC tools like Bicep, ARM templates, or terraform.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in client-facing roles.
