We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and reliability across our systems and processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, a passion for automation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts, developing automation frameworks, and identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with automated solutions.

You will work closely with software developers, QA teams, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks for testing and process automation

- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define automation strategies and best practices

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Maintain test documentation, reports, and metrics

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend automation solutions to enhance efficiency

- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing scripts

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role

- Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG)

- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or

JavaScript

- Experience with API testing and automation

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with performance and load testing tools

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization

- ISTQB or other relevant certifications
