Primary Skills :

MUST HAVE :

- 4 - 6 years of development experience on Adobe AEM/CQ experience implementing full cycle Adobe AEM projects.

- Development experience using AEM architecture and technology suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Dynamic Media, OOTB & Custom workflows, multi-site manager (MSM), Dispatcher filter & mapping rules and JCR oak query optimization.

- Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, pages, experience fragments and bundles.

- Experience in integrating AEM with other platforms, technologies, 3rd party APIs, internal systems, databases using both frontend and backend components (cookie, ajax, servlet, OSGI service, Sling) and writing Junit test cases.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE :

- Experience in AEM data migration, Service Pack version upgrades.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience with JIRA / ROD ticket tracking tools.

Education Qualification :

- Degree from affiliated university.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design & develop AEM templates, components, dialogs, and workflows using modules like HTL/Sightly and Sling Models.

- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.

- Understand the current web platform design, implementation & integrations and lead the BAU developments.

- Understand the business requirements, change requests, issue fixes in collaboration with business analysts, developer, test engineers to design, develop, test and deliver.

- Be part of platform support team for incidents, enquiries, issues resolutions as per the defined SLA.

- Coordinate with build & deployments and tests teams and conduct validations in non-prod and prod environments.

- Active participation in the regular & bigger content launch events from planning, WBS creation & review, regular connects, pre, post war-room activities.
