About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, strong object-oriented programming skills, and a passion for building high-quality, maintainable software in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications and third-party services.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts to create maintainable applications.

- Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests using frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, Moq, or NSubstitute.

- Work on multithreading, asynchronous programming, inter-process communication, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps engineers.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.

- Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and release processes.

- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

1. Backend Technologies:

- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.

- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Good understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency.

2. Frontend Technologies:

- Hands-on experience with Angular.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience building responsive and dynamic web applications.

- Knowledge of Node.js and frontend build tools.

3. Testing & Quality:

- Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing.

- Hands-on expertise in NUnit, xUnit, Moq, or similar testing frameworks.

- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

4. DevOps & Tools:

- Experience with Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with Azure CI/CD Pipelines.

- Version control using Git.

- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

5. Additional Skills:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).

- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and application performance tuning.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications.

- Familiarity with Docker, containers, or Kubernetes is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4-9 years of hands-on experience in full stack application development using the Microsoft technology stack.
