The Solutions Architect will design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade Copilot and Purview AI Governance solutions for clients. The role requires deep understanding of Microsoft 365, security, data governance, and AI-driven transformation. The architect will work closely with customers to build secure, scalable, and ROI-driven AI adoption frameworks aligned with AdaptOps methodologies.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
- Design end-to-end Copilot + Purview AI Governance architectures covering security, data, compliance, governance, and ROI measurement.
- Build AdaptOps-aligned blueprints for readiness assessments, rollout plans, governance models, dashboards, and automation workflows.
- Architect complete Copilot adoption solutions including identity configuration, licensing models, security baselines, app configuration standards, and analytics enablement.
- Develop ROI and usage analytics dashboards using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, Search 365, and custom telemetry sources.
- Map client business processes and translate them into AI-driven workflows using Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Lead technical discovery, requirement workshops, and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and convert them into HLD/LLD architectures.
- Ensure solution designs align with Microsoft best practices, including Copilot Control System, Purview AI Hub, IRM, DLP, and sensitivity labeling.
- Architect integrations for custom agents, Microsoft plugins, and workflow automations within the M365 ecosystem.
- Develop repeatable solution templates and accelerators for enterprise, SI partners, government, and highly regulated industries.
- Act as the technical lead and customer-facing expert for AdoptifyAI, ensuring secure, measurable, and high-impact client outcomes.
Required Skillsets :
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, M365 ecosystem, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview, AI Hub, DLP, IRM, retention, data classification, and compliance controls.
- Solid understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, identity governance, conditional access, and authentication models.
- Hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform for AI-enhanced workflow automation.
- Proficiency in designing security baselines, data governance models, lifecycle policies, and compliance architectures.
- Strong command of HLD/LLD documentation, solution blueprinting, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with custom Copilot extensions, Graph API, plugins, and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze usage telemetry, create dashboards, and demonstrate measurable business ROI.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced transformation environments and deliver scalable, secure AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as SC-300, SC-400, MS-102, AI-102, PL-300, or equivalent Microsoft credentials.
