Key Responsibilities :


Solution Architecture & Design :


- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ERP systems across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, and Sales.


- Understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system design, workflows, and solution architecture.


- Define data models, integration patterns, and process flows for ERP modules.


- Ensure ERP solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise IT strategy.


Implementation & Integration :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems integrate seamlessly with other enterprise applications, third-party tools, and legacy systems.


- Develop ERP deployment plans, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.


- Provide guidance on customization, configuration, and enhancement of ERP modules.


- Oversee ERP testing, UAT, and post-implementation support to ensure system reliability and performance.


Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting :


- Work with business leaders, functional heads, and IT teams to gather requirements and align ERP solutions with business objectives.


- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance during ERP vendor selection, RFP evaluations, and project scoping.


- Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations to illustrate proposed ERP capabilities and benefits.


Governance, Compliance & Best Practices :


- Ensure ERP solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and security standards.


- Implement ERP governance frameworks, including change management, version control, and process documentation.


- Recommend and enforce best practices for ERP system usage, reporting, and analytics.


Team Leadership & Mentorship :


- Lead a team of ERP consultants, developers, and functional analysts.


- Mentor junior architects and technical consultants on ERP architecture, implementation strategies, and solutioning skills.


- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.


Skills & Competencies Required :


- Expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP (S/4HANA), Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or equivalent.


- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes.


- Experience in ERP system integration, data migration, customization, and optimization.


- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP, SaaS ERP, and on-premise ERP solutions.


- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills.


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


- Ability to lead large-scale ERP implementations and cross-functional teams
