Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Solution/Technical Architect with a strong background in Java and deep expertise in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while remaining hands-on with coding, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture design for enterprise applications in banking and financial services.

- Define and implement scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures using Java-based technologies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

- Stay hands-on with coding, prototyping, and critical module development using AI-assisted tools (e.g., code generation, review, optimization).

- Drive microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native development practices.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead technical reviews, design discussions, and mentor engineering teams.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms aligned with business needs.

- Oversee system integration, performance tuning, and production readiness.

- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 12+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in banking/financial services.

- Strong understanding of banking systems (core banking, payments, lending, risk, compliance).

- Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, or productivity enhancement.

- Strong knowledge of system design principles, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

- Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
