We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Lead with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Fast Formulas for OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Absence Management modules. The candidate should have extensive experience in solution design, implementation, and optimization of HCM Cloud modules with a strong focus on driving business outcomes and system performance.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules with emphasis on OTL and Absence Management.


- Design, develop, and validate Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence business rules.


- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient HCM solutions.


- Review and optimize existing configurations and formulas to ensure performance and accuracy.


- Collaborate with technical and functional teams for integrations, data migration, and reports.


- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud and provide guidance to implementation teams.


- Support testing cycles including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


- Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues and ensure timely resolutions.


- Provide strategic input on HCM process improvements and best practices.


- Mentor and guide junior consultants in HCM functional and technical areas.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion HCM.


- Proven expertise in Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence Management modules.


- Strong functional understanding of Core HR, Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.


- Experience in HCM configuration, business rule definition, and workflow setup.


- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective HCM solutions.


- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.


- Experience working in global implementation and support environments.
