Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in industry or end-user organizations, specializing in solution architecture and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guidelines.

- Solutioning: Design end-to-end solutions for complex business problems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Technology Roadmap: Define and maintain technology roadmaps to support digital transformation initiatives.

- Governance: Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance business capabilities.

- Documentation: Prepare architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: 8-14 years in IT.

- Industry Exposure: Proven experience working in end-user organizations (manufacturing, retail, BFSI, etc.).

Technical Expertise :

- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Integration technologies (APIs, ESB, Microservices)

- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

- Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, or similar preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in digital transformation projects.

- Knowledge of data architecture and security frameworks.

- Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodologies.
