Role Overview :

As a Solutions Engineer at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. You will work closely with sales, product, and client teams to understand requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments and directly impacts client satisfaction and business growth by providing tailored and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with sales and client teams to understand client business needs and technical requirements.

- Design and architect comprehensive solutions that align with client objectives and technical infrastructure.

- Develop and present compelling solution proposals and demonstrations to clients.

- Manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after implementation.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for solution design and implementation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and architect technology solutions based on client requirements.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Experience with solution design principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
