Role Overview :
The Solution Engineer will be responsible for designing, validating, and supporting high-quality technical solutions with a strong focus on QA automation, testing frameworks, and SDLC best practices.
This role acts as a technical bridge between engineering, product, and customer success teams, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and validate automated testing solutions using Selenium and related frameworks.
- Apply QA best practices to ensure solution quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into testable technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
- Support integration, validation, and troubleshooting of complex software solutions.
- Analyze system behavior and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Document solution designs, testing strategies, and validation results.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders through effective technical collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience :
- In-depth knowledge of QA best practices, Selenium, and test automation frameworks.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in software testing, solution engineering, or technical validation roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality engineering principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor technical discussions to different audiences.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with API automation and performance testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration.
- Exposure to cloud-based or distributed systems.
