Role : Solution Architect (Hands-On) SaaS Product Development

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern, secure, and scalable SaaS platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architectural leadership and hands-on engineering expertise.

The ideal candidate will actively contribute to coding, system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making while guiding engineering teams toward building high-quality, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & System Design :

- Define and evolve the overall architecture of SaaS products and platform services.

- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native architectures.

- Lead architecture initiatives for :

1. Multi-tenant SaaS Platforms

2. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions

3. Distributed Systems & Microservices

4. API-First Platforms

5. Event-Driven Architectures

- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews and technology evaluations.

- Drive technical roadmaps aligned with business and product objectives.

Hands-On Development :

- Contribute directly to the development of core platform components.

- Build and optimize backend services using Golang.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.

- Develop scalable data models using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

- Participate in coding, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.

- Promote engineering excellence through clean coding practices, testing, automation, and code reviews.

Security & IAM (Preferred) :

- Design secure-by-default application architectures.

- Implement IAM standards and security best practices.

- Work with :

1. OAuth 2.0

2. OpenID Connect (OIDC)

3. SAML

4. Zero Trust Security Principles

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.

- Proven experience as :

1. Solution Architect

2. Technical Architect

3. Principal Engineer

4. Lead Architect

- Strong expertise in Golang.

- Experience designing and building distributed systems and microservices.

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database architecture.

- Experience with cloud-native application development.

- Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
