About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, cloud, integrations, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define system architecture and technical roadmap.

- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and tools.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Define integration strategies for applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.

- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Support cloud migration and digital transformation projects.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and solution validation.

- Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams for deployment and operational readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, and system design.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js.

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data architecture concepts.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of security architecture and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams
